Obverse side of coin features 4th version [15 Ribbons] of Soviet Union's state emblem. 
Reverse side of coin features the denomination value and date within wreath.

USSR State Emblem

The State Emblem of the Soviet Union was adopted in 1923 and was used until the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991. The state emblem shows the traditional Soviet emblems of the hammer and sickle and the Red Star over a globe,all above a rising sun and two ears of wheat covered by the USSR State motto ("Workers of the World, Unite!"). These two ears of wheat are covered by ribbons where each ribbon represents one soviet republic of USSR.
