This is my first ever blog on this mysterious net of information called 'The Internet' and I am very excited to be the owner of it. It was my dream since my college days to have a blog of my own. I am happy to select the topic of my hobby of numismatics for this blog. I am planning to put the information of all my collections under one virtual roof. I hope, it will come out as an interesting thing.

I dedicate this blog to:
- My Parents - They introduced me to the fascinating world of coins of different shapes and sizes in my childhood. They didn't hesitate to pinch their pockets in their tough times just for a wish of a child. I salute their spirit of celebrating life no matter what conditions are. I miss my Father a lot today.
- My 5th standard Classmate [1992] - who one day brought his coin collection [which he inherited from his father] in classroom to show us. It was a splendid collection which had many East India Company, British, Indian coins that fascinated me and dragged me towards sincere coin collection. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but I thank him for his courtesy.
- My wife Pallavi - who always get annoyed when she find me digging my head in coins but feels proud of my collection.
- My Brother Sanket - who always ring my phone to ask if I have a coin which he has in his pocket.
- All my kind friends who helped me build this collection.
